COMPLETING THE LCI™

  1. Using the 1-10 scale, complete the self-assessment to establish your current clarity baseline. You may complete one assessment per team member, or one assessment reflecting clarity across your entire team..
  2. You will automatically be sent a PDF copy of your results, as well as helpful resources.
  3. Use the results to identify where greater clarity can be created in your one-on-one interactions
