Accessing unused human capacity starts with leaders who create clarity through effective one-on-one interactions. The Leadership Clarity Index™ (LCI) is a self-assessment that helps leaders identify where greater levels of clarity can be achieved.

This index is designed with targeted questions that focus on three key areas essential to achieving clarity:

AWARENESS + EXPECTATIONS + FEEDBACK.

COMPLETING THE LCI

1. Using the 1-10 scale, complete the self-assessment to establish your current clarity baseline. 
2. You will automatically be sent a PDF copy of your results, as well as helpful resources.
3. A copy of your results will also be sent to your leader.
4. Use the results to identify where greater clarity can be created in your one-on-one interactions.
5. Take the LCI™ as often as you'd like.
